Aquarians + Cancerians - A Serious Question?

Well friends,

It's a serious question and I request you all to give the best answers.

I am Cancerian Male and my Girl is Aquarian. We are incompatible as per astrology. I also found that some fights are so intense that we don't talk to each other for days.

But keeping this astrological aspect on the other side. I wanna tell you that I keep her at the Top of the World, I love her and care for her which don't have any extent. She also love me but rarely expresses via text/face to face as she is a shy girl.

I wanna ask that what she feels after getting so much love and care? Please don't comment that they don't feel anything as Aquarius are emotionally detached and independent. We are humans, and of course will have some feelings.

I'm an aquarius girl, when you put us at the top of the world we feel, a bit smothered or tied down, so that's whats she's feeling after all you attention you give her. You didn't put how long you too have been going out but i figure for not that long, you just need to let her be and give her your love and care in little random spouts. Aquarius' definitely need our space, so if or when she goes off by herself just let her go by herself. If she doesn't show much affection she probably is just uncomfortable doing it(being an aquarius). You just may be a bit sensitive for this aquarius girl, to her you might come off as moody, and maybe depend on her a little. I don't know if you can get an Aquarius to talk about or feelings but you can ask what we think, our minds are always working and be sure, she is thinking about this whole situation and probably already has a few solutions. But beware, we can be terribly rational. Oh and aquarians have feeling its just that we are so aware of them that we keep them under control.

Aquarius is Cancer's link of life, your girl cares for you deeply. I know all about shy Aquarians (she is a Jan. Aquarius? They tend to be the shy ones). I had an Aquarius guy in my life who was very shy when it came to matters of the heart and me. I kept on being sweet to him, and every once in a while he would do something to let me know he cared back.  I'm sure  she will do something or say something to let you know, I know that you being a Cancer male you need a lot of reassurance in your relationship, you may just want to come out and tell her, because you can't assume she knows this.

I'm in the same boat actually; except I am the Aquarius and they are the Cancer. Although I am a Capricorn/Aquarius since I was born under the cusp and so I happen to be their opposite as well. Of course we Aquarians have emotions; we are all human beings after all like you said. We just don't feel comfortable showing them. Sometimes we make really stupid mistakes like act as if we don't care yet it always comes back to haunt us inside our mind whenever we do that. We always feel guilt whenever we act aloof because we don’t do it on purpose but honestly certain scenarios make us very insecure and uncomfortable and we don’t know how to react. We’re not emotionless; we’re just not the most emotional of people. When we are put in a spot we don't feel like we know much about we get tense and back away. From what I have experienced, Cancer tend to do the same too whenever they are put in a scenerio they don't feel comfortable in so you should be able to understand us. I actually do like the way Cancer feel and vive us so much love and are always caring yet at times I feel as if it is too much and you all become clingy and don't let us enjoy our freedom. Like for example, hanging out every other day works great for me but 24/7?.... yeah, no thanks. Too much of anything is a bad thing -- it goes for love and care also.

You should check your moon signs and other signs like your Venus, Mars and Ascendant sign. Maybe those make better matches. In my case since we both have Fire moon signs and Fire Mars signs and opposite Ascendant and Venus signs. We have a natural attraction for having so many opposite signs and yet also a compatibility since a lot of our signs belong to the same element.

I have personally always gotten along well with Cancer, my closest friends are all Cancer and although we have our bumps here and there we learn so much from each other and have grown a lot by being each other's friend. Then again, I am a Capricorn too and that obviously plays a huge role as well since it makes me you guys opposite.

Hi, I wouldn't worry about how compatible or incompatible your signs are "supposed" to be. I've said this about a million times on here so one more time wouldn't hurt. My mom's a Cancer and my stepdad's an Aquarius and they've been together and happily married for 11 years. Still madly in love, still flirtatious, still celebrating every anniversary like it was the first. They get on each other's nerves at times but their love is so strong that it outweighs all of the little annoyances. Even though I could do without seeing the sloppy kisses or the slaps on the behind when I go to visit [gag], it gives me hope that I can find that same kind of love and be just as happy one day. So don't focus on if you're "supposed" to get along or not. Just focus on seeing her as an individual and learning what makes her tick and vice versa. When you truly understand someone inside and out there's nothing that can rock your foundation.

Speaking as an Aquarian female, the fact that she's still communicating with you in any fashion or form, whether it's by talking or texting shows that she truly appreciates the way that you treat her. If she didn't she wouldn't waste her time trying to express herself at all. We're actually VERY emotional and also very sensitive on the inside but unlike Cancers, it's really difficult for us to express those feelings to others. That's why most people assume that we don't feel anything at all which is so not true. When it comes to Aquarians, look for the little things that others may take for granted like a smile, a little gift out of the blue, a card, or a kiss on the cheek. When I do little things for the one I love and they don't even acknowledge them it makes me want to withdraw even more and keep my feelings to myself. So when she does little things like that for you take notice because she's trying to show her love for you. Then she'll feel safe with you and will start opening up more and more. We usually show our love through our actions since it's so uncomfortable for us to show our love through words. I think you two will be alright. Just don't ridicule her ideas or insult her intelligence. That's the quickest way to make her want to run away from you. Thats a trip .. .Because you mentioned she mostly does the "texting" thing- I had a Friends-with-Benifits relationship with an Aquarius . He never liked to talk on the phone or have a real conversation. The way we communicated was by text messaging. (Weird). Aquarius holds rulership over cell phones and electronic gadgets. And it doesnt help that they are a bit distant and ditatched folks. . Anyways

My Aunt is A cancer and shes been married to an Aquarius for 4 years. They dont get along-at all. He's not very outgoing(I thought Aquarians were supposed to be-) She's Like a big social Butterfly. So they clash . If you have some air in your chart and she has water in hers' . You could eventually work things out. But as far as this being a perfect union, forget about it.

You're absolutely right, we are humans and Aquarians have the abiliy to love and care, they can be emotional. The trouble is, that you two wxpress it differently. Aquarius is the sign of the :Best Friend, the humanitarian, groups, wishes....You have to love in order to be those things. Aquarius rules the 11th house...This house has correspondence over the LOVE WE RECIEVE .

If she's still around then she feels good about what you do for her and how you treat her. It's just her difficulty expressing it.
