  1. I believe the would be ok  to use the same water conditioner. it basically removes chlorine and chloramine, neutralizes heavy metals, aids in cell regeneration and in the additional production of the fish's natural slime coat, adds beneficial electrolytes, and guards against secondary infections.

    so i think

useing for both kinds of fish would be fine

  2. yay for you for deciding to get a betta! They are much much better pets than goldfish. Goldfish are very messy and need alot of space because they can grow so large.

The conditioner will be just great for your betta.

Hope you have fun with it!

  3. Goldfish conditioner is fine for Bettas. Anything that gets the minerals and chlorine out of the tap water will work.

  4. There is no such thing as goldfish conditioner. It is just water conditioner for any fish and any tank. Just read the instructions on how to use it for your tank. Anyways you can probably put a betta in your tank if you want. It depends on what size tank but since they can live an anything from 2.5 and up.

    Good Luck!

  5. Good on you for getting a betta instead of a goldfish, those goldfish starter kits are deathraps for goldfish, way to small!! A goldfish needs 20+ gallon tank, even commets and commons! Yea, it will be fine!

  6. Water conditioner does not matter...yeah you can have a betta instead of a goldfish...no problem at all..
