There is also a zoo, with an aquarium and a vivarium (with snakes and crocodiles) in Jardin des Plantes - Metro Gare d'Austerlitz. In this garden, there is also the museum of natural history where you can see dinosaurus. There is also tropical plants, giants trees.

In Jardin d'acclimatation, you can see some animals, monkeys and bears, but it's not properly a zoo. Metro Sablons, in the Bois de Boulogne (west Paris).

If you have a car, there is big park in Thoiry, (you can rent it for  one day, maybe you can go with a coach, but it's an organize tour, probably you can book one. If you are interested, send me a message I will look for that)
