Would you like to get a "love" letter from a girl you find cute left for you in the reception of your apartment building?

The letter basically says everything except "I love you". It says all of the things that I like about him, all the little jokes we share together, how I would like to be with him if he would like to, etc.

Would an Aqua man like this kind of surprise, or freak out?

It can go either way, but i think he would like it more than freak out about it (he would probably like it even more if he already has feelings for you...)
