I know it's all very nice to have the odd water vole or capybara splashing about in a puddle, but when you really look at the economics of it they are just spongers that contribute very little to the economy. Beavers on the other hand provide a vital social function without which all of human society would descend into cross dressing cannibalism. By nibbling through trees and building dams they are helping to arrest the spread of Lumberjacks keeping them confined to Canada where they wear high heels suspenders and a bra in there natural environment which is hanging around in bars.

Beavers are the kings of the aquatic rodent realm--that is undisputed.

However, you need to watch out for those pesky river otters.  They will draw you in with their cuddly cuteness and then turn around and bite your carotid artery!!! Oh, the humanity (I mean the "beaver-ity")

The beavers need to band together and thwart the snuggly terrorists from their plight of aquatic domination.  I propose that beavers gnaw logs into otter destroying weapons.

    Go Beavers!!
