There is a code to steal trainer pokemon, at least for ruby/sapphire. I've used it on VBA, though i'm ticked that I can't remember it, and I forgot to write it down :(

yes i steal the elite fours pokemon every day but you can only catch one a battle then get money.

hahaha dude that last guys and idiot if you have an action replay you can enter a code  to take a another trainers pokemon once you enter it you battle a trainer you want you wait till you see the pokemon you want and you throw a ball at it and the trainer won't block it the battle will end though once you catch it and you won't get money
