Arabian eyeliner look plz help!

I am arabian and i'm 14 i want to do my eyeliner nice not too fancy just casual. pencil eyeliner under my eyes please can some1 help me :D plz !

so like you start with the pencil eyeliner under your eyes....put inside your eyes..that is on the lining of it ,.then you can put under it ..near your eyelashes . after that smugde it a little

P.S im 14 too and it took me lots of tries to get it pefect! keep practising,,,once you do it pefectly it will look amazing!!! =D

get a good eyeliner like maybeline or nivea or something from Paris Gallery .  then do a few layer of eyeliner under and ontop of your eyes n u`ll look like an arabian princessz
