Arabic men and 3 or more wives?

I am really interested in an arabic man *probably unlikely to go anywhere due to my location* however my friends tell me if i ever marry one they wont want me for the long run but me and three other wives. Why is this so common with arabic men, and is this for almost all arabic men?

Yes, rich arabic men have more than one wife. however, they have misused the permission granted in Islam. you see, its very simple. More than one wife is permitted under certain conditions: such as in times of war, when there are so many widows and they need protection, one man may shoulder the responsibility of taking care of them. Yet, it is the law that he be able to treat each wife equally.

usually, a rich man can only afford that. and this whole concept has been misused and misunderstood since a long time.

Of course some Arab men take more than one wife, but that's more the exception rather than the rule. On the flip side, most Western Men have one wife and several mistresses!!! Its funny how the West wants to be judgemental if aMuslim man marries a second woman, but they consider it OK for a Western Man to have several affairs?

i am living in UAE now almost 4 yrs. most of the Arabic men do have more than 1 wife. and i think you are not emarathi women, i guss, so the arab man will marry you and enjoy with u and may be after 2 yrs, he will marry someone els,

becoz abab men thy don't believe in 1 women or 1 wife theory,

u must not look there money and the time pass fun....!!!!

You need to be than an Arabic man to have more than one wife!  You need to be a Muslim.  Normally its only rich people who have numerous wives.  A muslim man is only allowed to have more than one wife if he can treat all of them equally.

all of my cousins in abu dhabi only have 1 wife, even my uncle that already 60 years.
