Arbitration constraints HELP!!?

My case against a world famous hotel is in arbitration. Is it illegal to notify the media and share my case with them?

It's not illegal - the Constitution protects free speech, but you better be dang careful what you say or you'll have a lawsuit brought against you.  Actually, you'll probably get a suit brough against you no matter what you say because the hotel has enough money to pay a lawyer and it will do it just to make you pay a lawyer to defend a bogus claim.
