ArcGIS bike routes?

I need to do a project for my GIS class. How would i add or get bike routes in Denver, CO in ArcGIS. Can I add them myself or is there a file I can obtain.

You might have to add them yourself. Before you do check with local city/county/state web sites, they may have the shapefiles you are looking for.

Try the Department of Natural Resources, Department of Ecology, State Parks and Rec and anywhere else you can think of. If they have a web site with GIS data but not what you are looking for, call them and ask. If they don't have it they may know someone who does.
