Nonito Donaire would win without a doubt.  Jorge Arce has looked like c**p in his past few fights, while Donaire has looked excellent.  Even though Arce is a weight class above Donaire, it wouldn't matter because 1) he used to be in the same weight class, and 2) Donaire is simply the better fighter currently.  Cristian Mijares came close to stopping Arce, but wasn't able to do it because he does not really have that much power; Donaire on the other hand does have considerably good power and would most likely stop Arce late in the fight if they ever fought.  Plus, Donaire used to be a junior bantamweight, but moved down to flyweight for the opportunity to fight Vic Darchinyan for a world title- it obviously was a good decision that paid off.
