Arch, Ballet, TheraBand Help!?

How to i improve my arch? And when i point with just my foot, not my toes, my foot only moves a little. When i point with my toes and my foot, my foot moves a lot! My big toe does not touch the ground, is that bad? Some of you might see my other TheraBand question...answer that one too!

  1. well you have an alirght point. Nothing special (sorry) you definetly could use help with getting your rch more defined. Just because your big toe doesn't touch the ground isn't bad. Don't worry. I suggest sitting on your butt with your legs out in front of you. Point on of your feet (and toes) then try and point the other one farther, keep going alternating feet, try to go farther each day, this will help your point.


  2. you're ok...not bad, not good. just keep practicing!

    here are some tips:

    1. always try to go onto ur HIGHEST demi point.

    2. dont let ur toes come off the ground when u tondue. go through demi point, then point, then demi, then point.

    3. cross ur fifth, ALL the way!

    4. work on keeping ur turn out while going to releve.
