it feels like the bottom of my right foot is stretching like elastic and its about to snap. It feels like that mostly on the arch of my foot, which is understandable, since i was playing on the sand.

What can make this odd feeling go away?

(besides advil)

  1. Soak your feet in hot water, and then massage your foot.  What also really helps is that massage roller for feet.  Something like this: http://www.fushi.co.uk/images/products/M...  You put it on the ground, and roll your foot over it.  It feels soooo good.  Then ice your foot, and tape it up to give it support.

If you have to play on sand again, tape up the arch of your foot.

Other than that, stay off your feet as much as possible

  2. rest it and don't go on the sand for a while  when u are off the sand u should go to the doctor and get that thing u put in your shoe for an arch  the sand does that to me too  it suck and hurts a lot   just rest so i doesn't get worse!

  3. moisturizer? Sounds like you have dry feet. give er a try :)

  4. I would soak your feet, then put some good scentless healing lotion on, and then you should give yourself a foot massage, then i would just stay off of the sand for a while and let your feet rest.
