  1. It's garbage now.  There is no way of fixing them.  Unless you re-place them with new ones.  


  2. A friend of mine twisted the limbs on his recurve bow a few years ago.  He put the limbs in a vice and left it like that in hir garage for 4 months.  He brought it back out and the twist was gone.  It all depends on how twisted it is.  Minor twists, can be fixed, I've seen some people win tournaments with twisted limbs.
