Easy answer, Archie Moore, only Bob Foster stands a chance against Archie at Light Heavyweight.

This is an easy one.  Just think of a few fights first.  

Moore vs Yvon Durelle.  Moore was knocked down 4 times only to come back and KO Yvon in the 11th (scoring 4 knockdowns himself along the way).

Johnson vs Mathew Saad Muhammad. Johnson beat Saad (Matt Franklin at the time) with everything but the referee only to be stopped by Saad in 8.

Saad took a lot of punishment.  Moore is one of the few who took more (no pun intended).  Johnson dished it out as well an most.  Durelle did the same.

Johnson wouldnt get the chance to dish out as much as Durelle did.   Moore wasnt himself that night and still won.  He was avoided by many of the best fighters of his time and had to fight whenever he could, ready or not.  

h**l, Moore was so old there were only, like,  4 colors in the world when he was in his teens.  ...........and I think Lincolin was in office then,  LOL.  

Give and take for the first 5 rounds.  Marvin would have no choice but to try to take "Uncle Archie" out early.  Wont work.

Archie dished it out as well as he took it.   He holds the record for number of KOs in a career.  145.  He's the oldest to hold any title (48 when New York finally stripped him of the last portion of the title).  and scored a first round KO the same year,  at age 48.

Marvin was an excellent fighter but would be no match for the Ol' Mongoose Archie Moore who I consider to be the greatest light heavyweight champion in boxing history holding the title nearly 10 years from 1952-62 and fighting a very hard and admirable fight for the heavyweight championship (as the #1 ranked contender) against Rocky Marciano.  He also holds the record for career knockouts with 145.  Johnson would fight hard and give a decent account of himself before Moore unloads on him with a barrage of punches in round 8.  Moore by 8th round knockout.
