what is architectural engineering and what is structural engineering? what are the differences b/w those two or are they the same?

  1. Architectural Engineering is the study and development of the fit for purpose of a building. i.e. How it looks and how it is used.

    Structural Engineering is the design of the building to meet that purpose. This is the development of a structure to resist the elements of nature to fulfil the fit for purpose the Architect has envisioned.
