Architecture engeenering : help i use isolated footings 1.20x1.20 meters each?

Question

what ties and vertical bars should i use? the lot area is 16.5 meters an y= is 9.00 meters i have 15 columns and its a commercial building 2 storey and a roofdeck what is the dimension of footing tie beam should i use and bars??? im an architecture student and a friend of my father wants me to draw his proposal....

use the minimum tie beam dimensions, 20cmx30cm, it seems you do not have heavy loads, also use 14mm steel bars 4 in each beam, two at the top and two at the bottom, use 8mm stirups , that is all what you need
