Arcnofobia help!!!!!?

I would want a lot to succeed makes to pass this me fobia, you have of the ideas, or l' you have already exceeded and like? :)

I think its spelt Aracnophobia.. if u mean ur afraid of spiders... um i was acrophobic (afraid of heights) but I went on a Ferris wheel and now its not so bad. I don't go on skyrides but I'm not as afraid of heights. So maybe you and some friends or ppl u trust could good to a museum that has spiders and u look at them until u feel comfortable enough around them where u arent so scared.

Arachnophobia???

If that is the case then the only way to combat the phobia is to push yourself towards it.

If you do suffer from arachnophobia then it is your body's natural defence to get you away from spiders.

If you tell your mind that you are not scared of spiders and try to relax then everything will be ok.

take spider near you, then at once screaming stops.  Cured you are.
