Arctic National Wildlife Refuge law?

  1. I'm not sure what law you're referring to?  Right now, the ANWR is a large chunk of land in Alaska that is protected from oil and gas drilling.  Naturally, there have been many oil companies who've wanted to get in there to drill for oil because they believe there is a lot of oil there.  Far as I know, the US government has denied them this right.


  2. It's a wildlife refuge.  People aren't allowed to pillage and plunder in a wildlife refuge.
