Are 15 minute NiMh battery charges safe?

Will it kill the battery faster? Does it fully charge the battery 100%?

Batteries probably wont last as long being used with these chargers and they tend to heat the batteries up more.

They are not dangerous much at all but I'm sure they will cause your batteries to fail in a shorter time period compared to a standard charger and that means you will need to buy new batteries.
