Are 2 week expired pop tarts bad for you?

at my job my manger told us we could have free grab of some pop tarts that couldnt be sold for money...and i was just wondering if the preservatives could hold up after the expiration date...

They will last ages, well past the date, it will be either a sell by date, or best by date.

Yeah Pop tarts last more than a year after the expiration date. Anyway it is not so much "preservatives" holding it together that expire at a certain time rather than the poptarts in the airtight packages growing crumbly. If they are left open they will expire muxh faster.

hah luckyyy lol. but yeah theyre loaded with preservatives so they could go months after the expiration date. i mean 2 weeks is like nothingggg, its not like milk. i dont have any sources other than myself, id eat them cus if they look fine then they probably are.
