  1. Yes, just not on motorways, but check first if the A-road you wish to ride on has not been classified as a motorway.

  2. can go on public roads but no motorways and unless you put revs on full you may not even reach the speed limit on the other roads.

  3. Any road except motorways, but I am not sure about A roads which are bracketed (M) such as say A1(M), because technically these are of motorway standards you may need to check that one out.  Better to be safe than sorry.

  4. All roads appart from motorways

  5. No they are not allowed on major roads. but if you want to ride is on a side road with permitts that is fine.

  6. You are allowed to drive on any road provided that the moped is Insured taxed and MOTd and you wear a crash helmet and have a licence to drive it.

  7. yeah just not on the M roads

  8. Any road except Motorways

  9. YES THEY ARE...Legally speaking. Speed limits are just that... not permitted to drive faster. Sensable driving and proper registration ,insurance etc, etc,.Many , many countries have them and can't do without them. Next would be, are we allowed to ride a bike? are we allowed to walk? If you want to drive 30 or 40 or 50 miles an hour ,it's up to you...If I'm on a $40,000 harley driving 40 mph, am I allowed? yes.

  10. yes but not motormays...ide also keep away from spine roads[60mhp]

  11. Yes, on a 50cc moped you can ride on any road except motorways.

Niel M E made a good point about A roads that are bracketed with (M), unfortunately they are considered to be motorways so mopeds are not allowed.
