  1. Yes, that is too much.  You can attend a state community college for 3000 a year for 2 years and a university for another two years for 6000 for 2 years.  That's under a $20,000 for a bachelor's degree.  Payments of 200 a month for ten years.

Its not price you have to worry about when going to college, its the amount you have to borrow for the duration of your time there.

  2. For my undergraduate education, I paid an average of $5000 a year for tuition.  That didn't include books or living expenses -- that all added up to at least $20,000 a year.

Make sure you get a degree in something that you can actually go out and get a job with -- avoid being a communications major, journalism major, psychology major, etc. or else your expensive college education won't do much for you (and the paying off of your loans).  If you want to make the big bucks, plan on going to graduate school or medical school... something.

  3. It's not enough apparently. It should be "...too much?"

    English major I take it.

  4. I paid 120,000 for my 4 yrs of college at santa clara university (its a private school).....and no im not rich and neither are my parents.  I came from the "projects" lol....  i dont think you should worry about cost.... education doenst have a price to it.... plus when you graduate from college you be able to get a good job and be able to pay off whatever school loans, debt, etc you may have from school....that's what I did.  Good luck!

  5. i don't know how much they're paying there. i came out of college in nj owing 80,000 and i also read that this is the average amount to come out owing.
