Question:

Are ALL oreos vegan?? Only the chocolate, spring and uhoh oreos are listed on peta2s list...?

I live in the US. And i know thier bad for me but thier really tasty. lol

  1. No, only some are.

    You still need to read the ingredients before you buy them. Each factory has some control over what recipe they use, so it depends on where you live.

    I can tell you that ALL of them are c**p worth avoiding.


  2. I agree with raven. Peta's list, really is an "almost vegan" list. Some products really are vegan but, many such as a lot of the sweets named are not vegan. Personally, I do not consume regular sugar because of bone char, so if I want cookies I eat Newman's O (their oreo-esque cookies are vegan and taste delicious, they are also organic and a little bit healthier for you or I eat a brand called Enjoy Life or I make my own.

  3. FYI - be wary of what PETA claims to be vegan...if you look closely you will find that many of the products they initially list as vegan - actually are not...read the fine print on their site!

    I don't get the whole "eat almost vegan" when there are vegan options available.
