Are All Leopard geckos Gravid?

i have a female and i thought i would have to by a male to lay her eggs is this true plz help:-)

  1. Females CAN lay eggs without a female, although they will NOT be fertile.  Often, well-fed females will lay eggs because they have a good calcium and fat store.  You won't get babies, but it definitely happens.


  2. a male is needed.  use an under tank heater.  they are nocturnal and do not like light. if you want i can post the correct set up to breed them in.

  3. You will need a male to breed your geckos (she will do the egg laying)... do some research on the right conditions they need to be confortable enough to do the deed and the right substrate and lighting she will need to lay her eggs.

  4. i really don't know but check some where like Pet-Co or an animal place.
