  1. Microoganisms are mostly harmless to a healthy human with a functioning immune system.  In fact, we cannot live without them.  How did our society get to be so germophobic?  Yet we dpn't think about the hundreds of toxic man-made chemicals we are exposed every day.  (Food additives, mercury from wallboard, paints, dental fillings, paints, formaldehyde outgassing from furniture, floride and industrial effluent in our water...)

Humans have lived in close contact with animals for as long as there have been humans.  At least 6,000 years for both alpacas and sheep.  I'll take my chances with animal 'germs' any day.

How to be germ free?  Be cremated.  Most dangerous source of germs to humans?  Other humans.
