  1. No, Altoids have gelatin in them.

  2. No they are not. Altoids contain gelatin which is the boiled skin, bone and tendons of cows and pigs. DO NOT EAT THEM!!!!!!

  3. Well if you are the kind that ONLY dont eat meat then yeah sure but if you are stirct about it then no. but i dont see why not they are only just a bunch of surgar, it aint like they killed anything to make it.

  4. It depends on how hardcore of a Vegetarian you are I guess. Altoids contain a pork derived gelatin. Barkley's or Myntz are vegan safe.

  5. Nope.  Read the label.  Altoids have gelatin.  But as crux pointed out, there's a brand called Vermints, which is almost as good.  I've had the Cinnamint and the Wintermint, and they're both fairly good.  I like that there are no artificial ingredients in them.  Hint Mint is vegan, but it has artifiical sweetners in them.

  6. As said previously, the altoids contain gelatin, so they're not veggie friendly.  However, the strips (the kind that you place on your tongue) are.  Read the ingredients if you're ever unsure.  If you can't read them, then don't eat them.

  7. no they aren't, but there is a brand of mints called "vermints" which are supposedly very similar tasting to altoids only, animal product free.  I've only tasted the chai flavoured ones, but they come in other flavours such as coffee, wintermint, gingermint and peppermint.
