  1. Yes they are, it's because their government is subsidizing it to make it cheaper for their people.  unlike some other governments.

Mexico's subsidized gasoline -- around $1.40 cheaper per gallon than in

the United States -- is a huge draw as average U.S. pump prices hit an

unprecedented $4 a gallon ($1.06 a liter). In West Coast cities like San

Francisco and Los Angeles, prices are over $4.50 a gallon.

Savings on diesel in Mexico are even greater. A gallon of diesel in

southern Arizona cost $4.64 this week, compared to around $2.25 in Mexican

    border towns.

  2. well, in venezuela, its only about 20 cents a gallon and in other countries its running them 50 to 60 cents......thats because AMERICA is so naive!!! as long as we keep sucking butt, and PAYING their bills and dullin up billions for THEIR national disasters and heartbreaks and getting them out of all kind of trouble, YOU BET they are gonna keep on taking advantage of us AMERICAN RICH SUCKERS!!! thats how they look at us, whether we wanna believe it or NOT!! i have traveled and i have listened , and i know!!!

    we are naive SUCKERS!

its really SAD! :( we are going to h**l in a handbasket. :(

  3. Yes, if you live in the border towns like in Arizona and San Diego for instance.  They are crossing the border to fill up crazy huh.
