  2. always being told what to do, what to wear, what to eat, stop, start, go, turn.

    it wears on you.

  3. I wouldn't say unhappy in general, but  I would say dissatisfied because we have so much , and so many opportunities. I think as Americans we feel we could or should have, be or do more.  You know the American dreams we have not attained yet.

  4. People in the US are more stressed than anything, which can be a contributing factor to unhappiness.

  5. Just not satisfied with what they have....they're also workaholics
