the only reason I would ever be jealous of Canada, is I would only have a few months to legally drink instead of a few years...other than that, I would not trade being an American ever. I am happy with our democracy and I dont agree with universal healthcare.

If I had a dollar for every Canadian doctor I met here in the US because the doctors up there don't get paid as much. Also, your standard of living is no better than ours in the US.

Canada is a beautiful country.  My grandmother was Canadian, and I've been to Canada several times.  However, I love my country and once we get rid of Bush, I hope to be proud of my country once again because Americans as a whole are good, decent, hard-working, intelligent people-- just like Canadians.  There's no reason for us to be jealous.

no thank you, i dont care to wait 2 to 3 months to see a doctor and pay more than 6.00 for a gallon of gas, and freeze my hiney off. and the cost of food is unreal there, cant think of one reason i would be jealous of that!

The only thing I am jealous of is that your French is better than our French.  I know this is true because every time one of us try to speak it here, someone's always getting slapped. Everybody in my neighborhood thinks I am an old lady with a bad back cuz I am always ducking so I had to learn it in sign language instead and just tell everyone I have a bad case of carpal tunnel syndrome.  The only problem with this is everybody keeps giving me stupid gloves every year for Christmas dangit.  

I'm telling you, some Christians just don't know how to celebrate Christmas over here cuz I keep hoping for a big bottle of Canadian Whiskey and maybe at least a calendar of your hockey team on ice in thongs cuz you people got some mighty nice big bears over there aiyiyi. Um not that I drink or anything but the bottle always comes in handy should another fellow American attempt to speak French back to me you see. Um, and the calendar of course is for me to post over my computer to help me hold my eyes open should I fall asleep at my keyboard while everybody fights over important issues like  MY GOD IS BIGGER AND BADDER THAN YOUR GOD, and I need to stay awake at least long enough to find out who wins so I know whether or not I should give up worshipping my collection of Beanie Babies or not. Well I seem to have a few trolls too.  Oh my do I love trolls. They so cute. Especially when you squeeze em and their lil eyes pop out.  It's a new breed of trolls you see?

Yes I'm jealous that it will take me 6-12 months to see a doctor in Canada.  I'm also jealous that I have to buy insurance once I travel outside Canada to make sure my bills will be picked up by the government.
