  1. That's fine with me.  We are not like USSR and Cuba where we have to put up border guards to keep our people in.

I hope those leaving are liberals.

  2. Good. I'll be a country of one.  Cut down on the crime rate too.

  3. That is not happening at all. Some have left yes, but it in no way should be considered a mass exodus. For every person leaving, there are three waiting in line to live here, legally. We won't even go into the illegal immigration problem.

  4. Who knows?

    Good riddance.

  5. I think it's interesting that we always talk about how much people want to come to America, but never talk about how many are actually leaving.

  6. They would notice if it were true.

There is no "mass exodus" going on, if you have proof that there is I would love to see it.

  7. I have read that some Americans are leaving for Canada as they believe we are a country in decline.  Some retired Americans leave and go to south American countries as the cost of living is less.  I wouldn't say that there is a mass Exodus.  I think we are still one of the most desirable country's in the world, and that's why we have such a problem with illegal immigrants.

  8. Sources?  I haven't noticed that trend .  Can you give sources?

  9. Define mass exodus? I am sure people are moving out of the country everyday for whatever reason, but I don't think it is a MASS EXODUS as you put it...

  10. yes, so many are leaving that our population of American citizens here is larger then last year,.....

  11. nope.

  12. No, but thanks for the good laugh you liberal. Last time I checked every one of the Hollywood liberals who screamed they would leave America if Bush was elected are still here, and I bet you are still here also.  Leave any time you want. I'll help you pack your bags.

  13. I'll tell you why.

Bush is terrible and the Democratic alternative looks just as bad.

So long as the majority of the population supports these failed corporations with their votes and contributions, there's no real hope for the future.

  14. Yes, I have noticed and actually spoke to several friends who are also leaving, and they are such great people. Their reasons vary from wanting Dual Italian, Irish, and other Citizenships, to worrying about a secure future for themselves and their children. As for proof that what you say is true, all anyone has to do is contact ANY Italian, German, or other consulate, and ask them how many applications for citizenship they have actually received, and whether the number has increased in recent years. The Italian consulate has neary 1 million applcations, and the Irish one is not far behind. This is very significant, as apparently, their reasons for leaving is not only about Bush and the war, but of a secure future. It has nothing to do with being a liberal, democrat, republican, or any other title. It has to do with human rights and the wanting a bter life for oneself, and evidently, these millions of people are leaving for a btter life. I wish them well. I am pondering the idea of leaving myself, and my reasons are more personal
