Are Argentinians really as racist as people make out?

I'm planning on going to Buenos Aires to learn spanish, but I've heard some things that made me a little nervous. If anyone can give me some insight on how people of color are usually treated there, that would be great. I'm black by the way. Thanks :)

ummm go to Chile...really?!?!? I'm in Chile now and the Spanish is horrible. Even the Chileans tell me that their Spanish is horrible...They don't complete their words and have lots of slang Si po Catchi...Every one here tells me to go to Peru or Columbia to learn. From my experience, I understand Columbians when they speak
