It has fish in the ingredients on the sticker, but the woman behind the counter claimed that it is in fact vegetarian. Would I be right in assuming she's wrong?

  1. no it has pig fat in it

    not lieing

  2. I hope not, and aren't they going to be in trouble if they're claiming the base to be vegetarian, whilst putting any fish product in?

I can't see how it would need or have fish in it anyway! :-S

  3. well it says it has fish in the label then obviously it isn't vegetarian. do you trust your eyes or do you trust some dumb lady

  4. Hiya !

Best thing to do I think would be to contact ASDA directly.

They should be able to tell you whether their pizza bases are suitable for vegetarians.

    http://www.asda.co.uk/corp/customer_serv...

Will take you directly to the customer services section of their web-site.

    Hope this helps.
