Are Australian P&O cruises the same as Carnival cruises?

would like to find a cruise departing from australia with people around our age group (21 yrs old)

do u know of any? Is carnival the same as P&O?

  1. Well, it's not the same, but if what you're looking for is a 21 year old group you may be able to find it on P&O Australia.

    Look for less expensive cruises that aren't terribly long.  Weekend or week-long cruises usually attract younger people. (Retirees don't have to worry about vacation time so they tend to be the majority on 10+ day cruises.)

    P&O can be fairly stuffy on their long cruises with an older, more British crowd, but when they're serving the short-cruise Australian market they're more fun.


  2. Carnival Cruise Corporation owns Carnival, Princess, P&O, Holland America and several others. Each line has a different "flavor" and clientle. P & O operates out of Australia. Carnival has mostly American passengers.
