You can ask the same question about Nike, adidas, New Balance, Pearl izumi, Asics, North Face, whatever.

The answer is - the shoe is good if it matches your running style and your running needs.  And it's not a good shoe, no matter what anyone online says, if it doesn't.

How do you find the best shoe?  Go to the experts, then trial and error.

First go to a running specialty store.  The clerks typically are runners or other sports enthusiasts who will listen to you when you describe the running you do, and sometimes will do a gait analysis.  Then they will recommend one or more shoes that will match your running style.

Try them on in the store.  Take them home, run in them in your home.  Don't expect them to stretch - today's shoes for the most part don't - they're built for support, built out of synthetics, and won't stretch.  

If you like what you feel, take them on the road.  However, you may find out the first pair, or few pairs, you buy aren't perfect for you.  That's where the trial and error comes in.  Keep trying until you find a brand and model that works for you, and stay with it (unless like the N___ Pegasus, the company decides to change and consequently degrade the shoe).

P.s., After 20 years with the N___ Pegasus, when the company changed the midsole to marshmellows, I started wearing Asics.  Three models later, I'm using the Asics 1120's.  They work for ME, but maybe, and only maybe, for YOU.

no   i would never recommend them myself,  I would recommend either going with asics, new balance, or saucony.  If your a serious running i would not buy nike,  their over rated and are not the best.

yeah, they work, but i would vote for nike airs

they're good shoes but......i dont lyk the styles of them

but i think Nike shox, or Nike airs r muchh better

when i run, i wear NIKE shox's

Yeah, I find them more comfortable than Nikes.
