I feel like they give me more energy through the week and I feel a little more giddy or maybe more smiley too but is that my imagination or for real? What are any other benefits from it? Any input is much appreciated.

  1. Most B-12 injections contain preservatives.  Side effects are:

Mild diarrhea, anxiety & panic attacks, heart palpitations, insomnia, breathing problems, chest pain, and skin rash (hives or itchy swollen skin).

  2. If you are getting B12 injections, you are either a vegan or you have a genetic disorder where your body cannot absorb B12. If neither of these are true, then there is no reason at all you should be getting B12 injections in the first place.

  3. Vitamin B12 can help people who are deficient get more energy. However, I need to warn you that over doing it can cause problems. One of my acquaintances bought the injections and was injecting herself too much (2x per week) and she developed a cyst where she gets the injections!

My mother and I tend to be B12 deficient so we get injections periodically and take the pills regularly. No harm, no bad side effects.
