  1. There cheap..... thats not really a bad thing... In my opinion they are fine on a .22. I would not use them on a real high power rifle but for a .22 to 100 yards they are ok... If one is available at a decent price then I certainly wouldnt hesitate to purchase one....

  2. I have a BSA catseye on my .22 and let me tell you its a nice setup. It has a ballistic reticule and is 3-12 powered. Its great for shooting prairie dogs. I can print a 5 shot group at 100 yards tight enough to cover up with the tip of my finger. I of course have a target rifle and use match ammo but the scope is still great. Having it zoom out to 12 power allows to be able to hit a clay pigion at 200 yards. The best part is the scope only costs $120. Happy Shooting :)

  3. BSA Platinum series scopes are fairly good, the other models are pretty much junk.

  4. They're junk...one step ahead of the plastic skinny airgun/22 scopes at walmart.

    Get you a "Simmons 22mag" scope for 50 bucks
