Are Banora Point and Kingscliffe (NSW) good places to live?

Want to move from Victoria family of 5. Have friends living in Kingscliffe which would be better Banora Point or Kingscliffe in regards to homes to buy and good schools for the children? Any advice would be appreciated.

Banora Point is a lovely area. There are mostly retired couples living there but it is full of young families. The are many clubs ( Club Banora and Twin Towns) it's a 10 minute drive to beachs.

Banora has more to offer for younger people but I love Kingscliffe too.

House price are more reasonable in Banora too.
