Ooooh that sounds good. I don't know - the only ones that I have had are either filled with guava or guava and cheese. Those are delicious so I can only imagine how good the black currant pastilles taste.

Of course they're not. A perfect food would contain protein, carbs, fat, minerals and vitamins. Compare these with the "ingredients" list on those things!
