    They are, lunatics and members of the aristocracy.

    The rest of us just vote for other members of the asylum and so it goes.

  6. Yes, of course they are, the only people who are not allowed to vote are the insane and people in jail, members of the armed forces when I was in the RAF could vote by proxy.

    Even Prime Ministers and Presidents can vote for themselves.

    a) the Pierage including members of the House of Lords

    b) convicted (not remand) prisoners

    c) people of unsound mind, except during periods of lucidity

    d) non-citizens of the UK or of the Republic of Ireland

    e) anyone below the age of 18
