Are Britons considered Europeans?

They are kind of seperate from the other countries and have their own monetary value, the pound.

  1. Yes after all these millenia they still are.

Yes, there are several parts to Europe.  There is Western Europe (Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, the Scandinavian or Norse countries [Norway, Sweden, Scandinavian, Finland, Greenland, etc.], Italy, Greece, and probably a few I forgot.  Then there are the Eastern European countries (i.e., former Soviet Bloc countries) such as Ukraine, Poland, Chezch Republic [used to be Chezchloslavokia], Slovakia, [also used to be Chezchloslavokia - they split up], Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Lithuiana, and some more but it's too late and my brain is tired.  If you google "Western Europe" and "Eastern Europe" you'll pull up some good maps.
