  1. really it depends wat material they're made of. like some have silver and some have steel. really its better to look it up.easier

    Did you ever see the episode of CSI where someone made a bullet with frozen beef - that would not be magnetic

    My question is - Why do you need to know?

  3. Any projectile with steel, nickel, cobalt and even depleted uranium will be capable of becoming magnetic. Most bullets are made of lead with a copper jacket which will not be magnetic.

  4. Most bullet heads are made of lead or copper jacketed lead.  Copper and lead are non-magnetic.  But some bullets are lead with a steel jacket or lead with a steel core.  Steel is magnetic.

  5. Most are not magnetic, being composed of copper alloys and lead.

    There is some special purpose ammunition with steel cores, but

    they're susceptible, not magnetized.
