If you take a look at what they show, don't you have a feeling something is wrong? The conflict in S.Osetia is between 3 countries, so why do they present only 1 point of view? Why don't they show what S.Osetian leaders and people think about it. Why don't they show a history of this conflict? Obviously they are nothing more than just a part of all-out propaganda

  1. yes

  2. From what I can gather from the various news channels (BBC, CNN, Sky and Russia Today) available on satellite.  Only Russia Today has reported the deaths of a church full of people in South Ossetia by Georgia as well as reporting on the devastation in that region.  Only Russia Today is showing videos of the injured civilians in South Ossetia.

The other channels only show reporters doing pieces to camera.

  3. Independent of what? They are both owned by someone. CNN is owned by Time Warner and the BBC is funded and supported by the British government. They are both supposed to uphold journalistic integrity but sometimes you never know.
