well,,in your questions above i read now,,,but for my own opinion i cannot say or no comment for that bcoz i am living now in Japan im so far and i dont know yet for INDIA country but totally im interested to know also the lifestyle and policies of government of india,,,thats all and thank you,,good luck...

As far as my knowledge is concern ....there is an industrial town by name Vaniyambadi...famous for leather and tanning industries...they have adopted common effluent treatment plan ...and have really surpassed the expectation of the expert committee..Ambur , another industrial town in Tamilnadu famous for leather shoes is also one to be reckoned
