Are Carabiners with knives legal in the state of new york?

Heres the one I have. I carry a carabiner on by belt hook for my keys and I got this as a gift. Is it legal to carry around the waste?

I see no problem with that knife. I live upstate and that is small compared to what some people carry. If you feel uncomfortable with it visible in public just stick it in your pocket.

Check your local laws or call and ask the State Police. There may be some kind of ordnance against it? Check with a local authority versus people from across the USA.

You may have a problem in NY City, but out of the city should be no problem. I wear a knife on my belt all the time with no trouble.
