Are http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero compatible? (Part 1)
Manchester City have invested once again in this summer transfer window. The Italian boss Roberto http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 did not waste a lot of time to get the signature of the Argentinean striker Sergio Aguero as the City captain Carlos Tevez looked unsettled in the city
of Manchester.
With Sergio Aguero signing for Manchester City, it meant that Roberto Mancini would have a lot of options available up front. Before Aguero, Carlos Tevez played as a sole striker for the club while http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937, Jo and Edin Dzeko were the players available
for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Mancini to test as goal scorers.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Craig-Bellamy-c9471 were loaned out to other clubs and Mancini limited his options to only four strikers. However, this year, with Carlos Tevez not being sold, Roberto Mancini is going to suffer with selection problems.
Manchester City were ready to sell Carlos Tevez to any club who was interested in buying him. However, a high price tag on the Argentinean striker did not allow team to snatch him away from Manchester City. On the other hand, Sergio Aguero made way into
the Premier League side as Mancini looked for Carlos Tevez’s replacement.
Now as Carlos Tevez has not left the Premier League side and he has resumed training, it means that both Tevez and Aguero will be available for Roberto Mancini. Both the players are going to require play time and it is definitely going to cause a few problems
for the Italian manager.
While Carlos Tevez has won the Premier League golden boot last season, Sergio Aguero has to prove his 35 million Pounds price tag. Both the Argentinean strikers are simply phenomenal whenever it comes down to scoring goals and they are both complete finishers.
Roberto Mancini’s favourite diamond formation is definitely not going to favour both the strikers as only one can play at a time. Mancini believes in playing a one striker system as he plays a 4-2-3-1 – with Yaya Toure at the tip of the Diamond, Silva on
the left and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Adam-Johnson-c3537 on the right.
Roberto Mancini will have to switch his formation to either 4-3-3 or a traditional 4-4-2 in order to play both the players together.
In a 4-4-2, Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero can partner up in the front. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nigel-de-Jong-c27882 playing at the heart of the pitch. This way, Mancini can have four players in the midfield
while one of the two strikers can fall deep and add another player.
The two full backs can always act as wing backs who can charge forward to aid the team in attack. With Silva and Johnson playing on the flanks, the two can track back whenever necessary.
Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero played together in the Copa http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/America-c38390 2011 but their partnership did not really work out. The two are players of the same kind and only one can operate in a team at one time. Mancini is definitely going to find it hard to play
both of them together in the same team.
