I know they are good for skin pigment and eye vision.... I've been drinking alot of carrot juice (hopefully I wont turn into a ware-rabbit.) But yeah.... Im hoping it will really really help my body and loose weight as well.... for Every 26 oz juice has More than your daily necessary need.I've been drinking it everyday, and am hoping for results? Or should I stop wasting my time?Any other Vegetable youd reccomend as well? Not to juice, but juzt to eat alot of?
