Question:

Are China Quads Good Quality?

I have about $1300 to spend on a four-wheeler that I have been earning for about 1 year now, the question is are they of good quality? I mean I am not going to race or go hard-core mudding or anything like that, but just to go out and ride every now and then when I get the chance. I have heard that they fall apart in about one month after purchasing but I have also heard that they perform and ride excellent, can I get someone's experience/opinion from a Chinese quad? Any help is surely appreciated, Thanks!

  1. The problem you have is that Almost Everything is made in China. Quality varies. Look for a quad made in Korea or Japan, might be better, but don't be surprised if the Japanese & Korean companies farm it out and it's made in China. The quality should be better but the price will be higher.

  2. Well, last week I bought some "deadblow" hammers (a 3-pack). They were made in China and the 1 night I used two, they both shattered in front of me and this sand-like c**p came out. They weren't even full of lead shot, just c**p they swept off the factory floor!

You might get a good one, or you might get the one made on a Friday by the slave (i.e. political prisoner in a labor camp) that didn't give a c**p. I'm not too impressed with complex machines that the chinese make. They're all c**p. I work in a tool-making shop and we have to fix almost every tool that comes in new from China.

    Good Luck
