  1. I'm not conservative and I'm not secretly wishing McCain had picked Romney.  I will outright tell you I wish McCain had picked Romney.  But while Palin is not my favorite choice for VP, I like her well enough and find her a suitable enough choice.

  2. Palin's viewpoints fall in alignment with mine, so it doesn't matter to me that Romney wasn't picked. Plus Sarah looks a whole lot prettier.

  3. Nope Gov Palin is an excellent choice

Mccain Palin will win in 08

Governor Palin is a tough executive who has demonstrated during her time in office that she is ready to be president. She has brought Republicans and Democrats together within her Administration and has a record of delivering on the change and reform that we need in Washington.

Governor Palin has challenged the influence of the big oil companies while fighting for the development of new energy resources. She leads a state that matters to every one of us -- Alaska has significant energy resources and she has been a leader in the fight to make America energy independent.

In Alaska, Governor Palin challenged a corrupt system and passed a landmark ethics reform bill. She has actually used her veto and cut budgetary spending. She put a stop to the "bridge to nowhere" that would have cost taxpayers $400 million dollars.

As the head of Alaska's National Guard and as the mother of a soldier herself, Governor Palin understands what it takes to lead our nation and she understands the importance of supporting our troops.

Governor Palin has the record of reform and bipartisanship that others can only speak of.

Her experience in shaking up the status quo is exactly what is needed in Washington today.

  4. I wouldn't have cared either way, I'm still going to vote McCain in November.

  5. Yes, they wanted Romney but they have to spin this disaster as best they can to save face.

  6. Not really, Palin is pro-life.

And she makes the Obots embarrassed because now the even the #2 position on the Republican ticket is more qualified to be president than B.O.

McCain - MUCH more substance and more poliitcal experience than B.O.

Palin - more executive experience and executive accomplishments than B.O.

Thus, all clear-thinking Americans should vote...

    McCain/Palin in '08

  7. Nah, Romney will be a cabinet member.

  8. Romney has more real life experience that would have benefited McCain in many ways.  However, McCain's choice may have some benefits when it comes to winning over the women that believe it's time for their gender to have an opportunity in office at that or a higher level.

  9. From being virually unknown to everybody's favorite 'Hockey Mom' (Calamity Jane is more apt) in six short hours?

    And here we have SUPERWOMAN!

  10. h**l no..He is an anti gun, big government Rino.

I didn't vote for him in the primary and I would have stayed home if he was the VP choice.

  11. I would hope so she is inexperienced!

  12. Yes.  Sarah Palin is cute - BUT - Romney has the Magic Mormon Underwear that would have surely caused a miracle to get enough votes to win the election.
