Are Creative Zen's buttons loud and screen easily scratched

Those are my online two problems with this player. So before I buy it, can anyone give me clarification about it, that'd be great! :D

For the screen, theres some cases( clear acrylic case) that covers the screen. The screen is sensitive as like most portable devices.

I think the buttons are not that loud.
